Mutuality in Tapiola

In a mutual company the policyholder is a joint owner of the company and thus has several different kinds of rights as well as influence in the company’s business. That is why Tapiola calls its insurance customers ‘customer-owners. Also persons insured by Tapiola Pension are joint owners.
